Recipes

Almost all of the recipes I post on here will be from other resources. At this point in my life I don't have much time for experimenting with food or concocting recipes out of thin air! But I do like to find recipes and change them a bit. I will always provide you with a link to where I have found my meals.

I am changing a lot about how my family eats and the resistance I expected has not occurred just yet. But I'm not big into extravagant foods or making things that I know my children will hate. I try to adjust a few things with each meal and they must eat at least three bites of the "new" food. My kids love fruit so I make them available every time we eat. We are still working on adding more vegetables! I'd love to hear what works with your children and how you sneak in good-for-you foods.
